				In this series of stories, our two hero's gave in to their human needs and shared of Odin's apple, making them Immortal for all time.  The adventures of Xena and Gabrielle did not end at Higuchi.  Instead, our bard formed an elaborate work of fiction in her final scroll call Friend In Need in order that she and her soul mate could live in privacy throughout eternity.
